It’s 8:30pm and I’m at school. Ugh. But I spent the last couple hours looking through one of my class’s Explore Math submissions. There were a number of times when it was clear that students were actually pleasantly surprised with how engaged with what they were exploring. They played with straight-edge and compass constructions, learned about infinity, built models, created fancy mathematical braids with sour ropes, and other such things. Go kids!
