My oldest just finished her first year of college and is now subbing in our school district. She doesn’t have her own car so she mostly subs at my school, although she has done some days at her old middle school because I can drop her off and she can walk home.
My team has 8 teachers so she’s had a lot of chances to sub on my team. And it’s been a serious treat. I got this text from a teammate (I didn’t have recess with her but my teammate did).
I feel blessed beyond words. And proud too.
