Invitations

A student came in today and asked, “Can I talk to you about something?”

Another came in and said, “I have some exciting news!”

These moments don’t happen as much this year. And I’m not going to philosophize on it: we’re all just surviving right now.

So though these moments are more rare, I certainly want to stop and recognize them for what they are—invitations to do life together. And that’s why we all started this gig in the first place…
